The Supplemental Security Income check for January 2025 will be sent out to eligible recipients in eight days, with the payments worth up to $943 for individual filers.

The Social Security Administration will issue SSI payments to eligible citizens on Dec. 31, in accordance with requirements that the benefits be given to recipients by the first day of the month.
