Federal judges Amul Thapar and Raymond Kethledge also met with Trump Monday, the New York Times reports. Each of the four judges met individually with Trump for approximately 45 minutes.

Trump is looking to interview two or three more potential nominees prior to revealing his choice to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy. Kennedy announced last week that he would be retiring, effective on July 31.

“I think the person that is chosen will be outstanding,” Trump told reporters Monday.

Trump has said that his nominee will be selected from a list of 25 candidates. Trump’s choice to replace Kennedy, if confirmed, will be the second Supreme Court Justice he nominates.
