Former Vice President Dick Cheney appeared at the Capitol on Tuesday for the swearing-in of his daughter, Liz Cheney, who was elected to the Wyoming congressional seat he once occupied.
Liz Cheney formerly held positions at the State Department under George W. Bush and worked as a television commentator.
The former vice president was seen walking through the halls of Congress and on the floor of the House.
