Liberty University’s Spirit of the Mountain marching band is set to partake in Monday’s inauguration parade, and all the band members are “thrilled” to represent their school on the historic day.

Dr. Larry Seipp, Liberty’s director of athletic bands, applied to have the band perform in the parade in November and received confirmation of their appearance in late December. The band will perform “God Bless America” and “Fan the Flames,” Liberty’s fight song written by professor Dr. John Hugo.
