District of Columbia Mayor Muriel Bowser is giving an update on the investigation and recovery effort after an American Airlines passenger jet collided with a military Black Hawk Wednesday evening.
All 67 people on both aircraft have been declared dead, and emergency responders have recovered 40 of the bodies.

Though investigators have said the cause is not determined yet, President Donald Trump blamed his Democratic predecessors and diversity, equity, and inclusion politics at the Federal Aviation Administration during a press conference on Thursday.
