House GOP to vote Nov. 14 on Paul Ryan replacement

House Republicans announced Tuesday they will hold leadership elections on Nov. 14, to replace outgoing House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis.

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., is widely expected to win the votes to lead Republicans in the next Congress.
