(The Center Square) — Several Northeast states have some of the country’s worst-maintained highways, roads and bridges, according to a new report, which calls for more progress in upgrading aging infrastructure.

The Reason Foundation’s latest Annual Highway Report examined urban and rural pavement conditions and fatality rates, deficient bridges, traffic congestion and spending on roads and bridges in all 50 states.
