Left-wing demonstrators shouting for boycotts of Tesla outside a dealership in Salt Lake City, Utah, were met with American flag-waving supporters of Elon Musk.

This clash over the electric car manufacturer comes as Tesla dealerships and owners have been the victims of vandalism in recent weeks. In one case, a suspect set a Tesla service center in Las Vegas, Nevada, ablaze using Molotov cocktails, damaging five vehicles. Attorney General Pam Bondi charged three people with allegedly vandalizing Teslas across the country, and all three face as many as 20 years in prison.
