Noem refuses to answer whether picture of Kilmar Abrego Garcia was doctored

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem repeatedly refused to answer on Wednesday whether a photo of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, which was used by President Donald Trump to claim Abrego Garcia was a member of the MS-13 gang, was doctored. 

Noem and Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) got into a heated exchange about the picture during her testimony before the House Homeland Security Committee.
