In a move that will surprise no one, Chris Brown reportedly snatched a fan’s iPhone in anger and drove away with it.
According to a Miami Beach police incident report obtained by CBS News, Chris was leaving the Cameo nightclub in Miami Beach when a fan took a photo of him sitting in his Bentley.
The fan told police that Chris, 22, got angry, reached through his car window and snatched the white iPhone 4S from her hands.
The “She Ain’t You” singer reportedly told the fan, “B—h, you ain’t going to put that on no website.”
And according to the report, Chris rolled up the window and drove away.
Miami Beach police have charged the pop star with one count of robbery.
And apparently, if the singer is arrested because of this, he could be thrown in jail since he’s still on probation for the infamous Rihanna beating three years ago.
This isn’t the first legal trouble for Chris and the way this kid is going, it certainly won’t be the last.

Chris Brown’s current girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, is said to be telling friends that she doesn’t care if the troubled singer is also seeing his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna.
According to Radar Online, the aspiring model (whose face is tattooed on Chris’ arm) says the two are in an open relationship and she knows he’s seeing his ex on the side.
“Karrueche isn’t stupid, and she has told friends that they have an open relationship. She never asks him about Rihanna, ever. Chris will take several days to call her back at times, and that is OK with Karreuche,” a source allegedly close to the situation said.
“She isn’t going to let the fact Chris is spending time with his ex-girlfriend come between what they have.”
Wow, seeing other women, legal trouble, a history of abuse … why wouldn’t she stick with him?
