Actor Jason Bateman slammed President Donald Trump‘s supporters during a podcast interview with MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace, claiming that Republicans, and Trump supporters particularly, keep themselves insulated from the truth.

Bateman made the remarks recently on an episode of Wallace’s The Best People with Nicolle Wallace podcast. In his criticism of Republican and Trump voters, the Arrested Development star attacked the trustworthiness of Fox News, its viewers, and the aforementioned voters, claiming they comprise a group of people who purposely ignore reality and facts. Bateman also hosts a podcast, Smartless, with Will Arnett and Sean Hayes.
