Whitney leaves everything to daughter

Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina, is set to inherit everything from her late mother’s estate, based on instructions in her will, which was filed in Atlanta.

The Associated Press reports the pop superstar’s will doesn’t mention specific assets, but leaves all of her furnishings, clothing, personal effects, jewelry and cars to her surviving children.

Bobbi Kristina, 19, is Whitney’s only chid.

The will was signed on Feb. 3, 1993, about a month before Whitney gave birth to her daughter.

Whitney’s money will be put in a trust for now and her sister-in-law and manager, Patricia Houston, was appointed as the administrator of the estate.

Upon turning 21, Bobbi Kristina will receive part of the money, more of it at age 25 and the balance at age 30, the AP says.

According to TMZ, the will was amended in 2000 and says if the 19-year-old dies before probate is completed, Whitney’s ex-husband, Bobby Brown, and a few relatives would split up all of her assets (except her jewelry, which would go to her mom, Cissy Houston).

Eva splits with her younger man

Looks like Eva Longoria will be spending her upcoming March 15 birthday as a single woman.

The “Desperate Housewives” star, 36, has split with her younger beau of a year, Eduardo Cruz (he’s Penelope Cruz’s little bro), according to Us.

The pair allegedly called it quits within the last few days and Eduardo has returned to his native Madrid, Spain.

“It was a mutual decision,” the source told Us. “They are staying friends.”

But Eva has found a way to cope: “She’s focusing on work and the end of ‘Desperate Housewives.’ ”

Eva has been a part of the cast for the entire eight-season run of the show, which will end later this year.

The pair was introduced by the young singer’s sister, Penelope, at a party in February of last year on a yacht in Florida. Eduardo was Eva’s first relationship after her divorce from San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker.

The actress found hundreds of inappropriate texts between Tony and another woman, which prompted the divorce.
