Urban Outfitters, a retail store that appeals to a young (teens and 20s) demographic, is encouraging voters to “Vote Early, Vote Often.” A reader, Allyson Rowen Taylor, sends along this picture from the storefront of the Urban Outfitters at the corner of Laurel Canyon and Ventura Blvd. in Studio City, California:

And here’s a wider shot, showing where the sign is situation in the storefront:

As the sign clearly, states, “Vote Early, Vote Often / Just Vote 2012 And Get 20% Off Your Entire Purchase.” The fine print reads, “Discount taken at register / One Day Only–Nov. 6th / (Excludes Gift Cards).”
It would appear that Urban Outfitters is encouraging illegal activity.
In particular, it would appear to violate possibly two federal laws: 42 USC 1973i(e) and 42 USC § 1973gg–10(2). “The former federal law makes it illegal to vote twice. The latter law prohibits fraudulent voting in a federal election. 18 USC 2 makes it illegal to aid and abet election fraud,” attorney J. Christian Adams has previously noted.
