The mystery behind Sage’s death

There seem to be a lot of conflicting reports surrounding the death of Sylvester Stallone’s son Sage, 36.

After Sage was found dead in his apartment on Friday, TMZ reported that a law enforcement source said he had been dead for three to four days before being found by his housekeeper, maybe even up to a week.

Other sources told the gossip site that his living space was littered with cigarette butts, beer cans, food and various pill bottles, suggesting he died of an overdose. The source went on to say he lived like a hermit, and no one had spoken to him for a full week before his body was found.

The law enforcement source called the bedroom he was found in “disgusting” and said it reeked.

But Sage’s attorney and longtime friend George Braunstein tells a much different story.

George says Sage has never showed any signs of drug use or addiction and that he didn’t even drink alcohol.

“Sage was a really young, very sensitive, and very talented kid,” George tells People magazine. “There has been no indication that there was anything wrong in his life.”

His attorney also says rumors of Sage being dead for several days are impossible, stating that Sly’s son posted photos on his Facebook page just 17 hours before he was found dead.

The investigation into Sage’s death is ongoing, and an autopsy will be performed in the next few days.

Police have said there were no signs of forced entry, no signs of foul play and no indication that his death was a suicide.

Charlie shuts down popular Twitter account

After garnering 1 million followers faster than anyone in history, Charlie Sheen is saying goodbye to Twitter.

The “Anger Management” star deactivated his account after posting one final message, “reach for the stars everyone. dogspeed cadre. c out.”

Charlie joined the social networking site in March 2011 and collected 157,000 followers in two hours. When he shut down his account, he had almost 8 million.

But perhaps his priorities are changing.

The actor told “Good Morning America” he was considering taking a break from acting, after he finishes FX’s “Anger Management,” to be a full-time dad.

“At the end of the day, I think that’s the job that matters the most, the job of a father.”

Katie enrolls Suri in all-girls Catholic school

Looks like Suri Cruise will soon be exchanging her barley water for some altar wine.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Katie Holmes has enrolled her daughter, 6, in Manhattan’s prestigious Covenant of the Sacred Heart. The all-girls school has been home to such stars as Lady Gaga, Jordana Brewster, Paris and Nicky Hilton, and Caroline Kennedy.

Suri was previously homeschooled, so the $38,000-a-year Catholic school will be a first for the celebrity scion.

Now let’s hope the school allows Suri to wear kitten heels with her plaid jumper.
