Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell’s father, John F. ‘Jack’ McDonnell, died Tuesday morning at a nursing center in Fairfax County following a lengthy illness, McDonnell’s office announced. Jack McDonnell was 94.
McDonnell will alter his public schedule this week and next to attend to his family, his office said in a statement.
