Fairfax County police are investigating an armed robbery at an Alexandria-area gas station.
Police said the robbery happened at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday, when two men entered the Mobil gas station at 6817 Richmond Hwy. They approached the clerk and demanded money, and one man brandished a handgun, police said.
The clerk handed over cash and the suspects fled from store.
The men were described as black, about 6 feet tall and wearing black hats, pants and sunglasses.
