Joe Biden took another shot at President Trump while being heckled by a protester at an event in Iowa on Tuesday.
The man, wearing a red, white, and blue shirt, was not received warmly by the audience as he stood several feet in front of the former vice president.
“No, no, that’s OK. No, no, no. This is not a Trump rally,” Biden said. “Let him go.”
A video of the incident did not make clear what the man was saying.
Biden told the man to “hush up” as he continued talking but promised the man he would speak with him after the event.
“If I answer your question, will you let me go on to other things?” Biden said. “I promise I’ll answer your question. Come on up. Come on over here, and we’ll do it after this is over. I promise I’ll sit with you.”
Biden spent the day attacking Trump while the two held opposing events in Iowa.
