TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — Police who raided a Monmouth County man’s home in 2007 were justified in using a “flash-bang” device as a diversion before entering, New Jersey’s Supreme Court ruled Tuesday.

The 6-1 decision overturned an appellate court ruling and reinstated the drug conviction of a Manalapan man who had claimed the search was unconstitutional.
