As the New Republic noted during the presidential campaign, “Pat Riley, the evil mastermind behind the Miami Heat’s Big Three (not to mention the Los Angeles Lakers’ copious championships in the ’80s), is a Romney backer.”
LeBron James, an Obama campaign supporter and a star player with the Heat, is at the White House today.
The Heat is at the White House today to celebrate its NBA championship last year.
