House Democrats are weighing up whether to take special measures to force a vote on extending Obamacare subsidies.
They are considering discharge petitions, which allow members to force a bill out of committee and allow a vote, circumventing House leadership, provided they get signatures from the majority of the House (currently 218 votes are needed).
