Congress will move to defund Planned Parenthood as it repeals Obamacare, House Speaker Paul Ryan confirmed Thursday.

A measure repealing big parts of the Affordable Care Act will include a provision that effectively blocks the women’s health and abortion provider from receiving Medicaid reimbursements for non-abortion services. Planned Parenthood stands to lose about 30 percent of its funding if the defunding measure passes Congress and is signed by President-elect Trump.
