14th Street Bridge changes coming Monday

The construction of the 14th Street Bridge is bringing a new traffic pattern for drivers starting on Monday.

Northbound traffic will be split around construction barriers, shifting three of the lanes to the left and one to the right, the District Department of Transportation said Wednesday.
