‘Glad to be back’: Bolton teases return to Twitter

Former national security adviser John Bolton teased a return to Twitter after more than two months since his last tweet on Friday morning.

Bolton, who was the national security adviser since April 2018, left his post in September. Both he and President Trump threw jabs at one another during his departure, with Trump claiming his fired Bolton, while Bolton claimed he resigned.

“Glad to be back on Twitter after more than two months. For the backstory, stay tuned……..” Bolton tweeted.

The former national security adviser is seen as a potentially key witness during the House impeachment investigation and has been asked to testify in front of House committees.
