FBI seeks Baltimore County robbery suspect with tattoo

A robbery suspect with a sun tattoo on his right arm allegedly struck two banks this weekend ? one in White Marsh and one in Perry Hall ? and got the attention of the FBI.

The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force released photos on Wednesday of the man officials believe robbed the Bank of America in the 7900 block of Honeygo Boulevard in White Marsh on Friday. He handed the bank teller a note demanding money, received the money, and fled the bank, the FBI said.

Bank security cameras captured pictures of the man during the robbery and show the sun tattoo on his right forearm.

The tattoo is about 6 to 8 inches long and “quite distinguishable,” the FBI said. Authorities describe the suspect as a white man, about 5-foot-10 inches tall, with a medium build and fair complexion.

FBI officials also suspect the same man in a second bank robbery, which occurred midmorning Saturday at the Wachovia Bank in the 8800 block of Bel Air Road in Perry Hall.

Authorities are asking anyone who has information about the man to contact the Baltimore Division of the FBI at 410-265-8080.
