Police are still on the lookout for the mother of a five-year-old boy found dead in a suitcase in Indiana.
Indiana State Police announced the identity of the victim as Cairo Ammar Jordan of Atlanta, Georgia, on Wednesday. His remains were found in a suitcase in April at a southern Indiana dead-end road with “no apparent signs of trauma,” according to Sgt. Carey Huls during a press conference.
The mother, Dejaune Ludie Anderson, 37, was charged with murder, and Dawn Elaine Coleman, 40, has since been charged with first-degree felony neglect of a dependent resulting in death and sixth-degree felony and obstruction of justice. Police arrested Coleman in California on Oct. 16. Huls made reference to a probable cause affidavit that cited fingerprints found on the bag as the bureau’s evidence for their warrants.
POLICE CHARGE INTRUDER SHOT BY ‘LAWFULLY ARMED’ HOMEOWNER

“Information gathered from the autopsy shed little light on the investigation and listed the cause of death as ‘electrolyte imbalance,’ likely caused by a ‘viral gastroenteritis,'” a press release read.
Police do not know Anderson’s location but said that she is known to travel around Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Houston, Texas. The police said that when she is found and arrested, she will be brought to Indiana, as Coleman will be as well, to be prosecuted.
