Bloomberg buying $7M in ads following Super Tuesday failure

Michael Bloomberg has purchased another $7 million in ads that will go up following his lackluster performance during the Super Tuesday primaries.

The former New York City mayor will run the ads in 15 different states including, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, according to the Washington Post.

The substance of the ads remain unknown, but the former mayor is planning on continuing his campaign.

Bloomberg took the stage in West Palm Beach, Florida, to say he would not be dropping out of the 2020 race. “I came here because winning in November starts with Florida,” he said. “We will beat Donald Trump here in Florida and swing states around the country.”

“I have no intention of dropping out,” Bloomberg told a reporter before Super Tuesday. “We’re in it to win it. I don’t understand why you would not ask other candidates that.”

The former mayor won American Samoa on Super Tuesday, where he received only four delegates.
