MIAMI (AP) — Truck-leasing company Ryder System Inc. said Tuesday that its third-quarter net income jumped 33 percent, boosted by cost cuts and fleet size adjustments.
Ryder also boosted its full-year profit prediction, and its shares rose nearly 6 percent in premarket trading.
