Instagram and Facebook users are again reporting problems with the platform days after they both went down along with Facebook-owned WhatsApp.

#instadown and #InstagramDownAgain started trending on Twitter just after 3 p.m. EST, with the company’s Twitter accounts confirming that some users were experiencing issues at about 3:30 p.m. The tag had over 20,000 tweets at the time of reporting.
