A wreath-laying ceremony will be held at the Tomb of the Unknowns, followed by a remembrance ceremony in the Arlington National Cemetery amphitheater. The event will begin at 10:20 a.m. with a prelude concert by the U.S. Navy Band inside the amphitheater.
