New Jersey officials declare house party shooting ‘targeted attack,’ suspect in custody

New Jersey authorities arrested and charged one individual in relation to the deadly shooting at a house party late Saturday that resulted in two deaths and at least 12 injuries.

Thirty-six-year-old Kevin Dawkins was arrested and charged with several counts related to weapons use and possession, Cumberland County prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said during a Monday press conference.
