LAS VEGAS (AP) — A jury in Las Vegas ruled against two Nevada women after a three-month civil product liability trial alleging the maker of the diabetes drug Actos caused their bladder cancer.

The Clark County District Court jury found Thursday that attorneys for Bertha Triana of Las Vegas and Delores Cipriano of Henderson hadn’t proved liability on the part of Japanese drugmaker Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
