NEWARK, N.J. (Legal Newsline) – A class action lawsuit filed against Walmart on Monday alleges that the company falsely advertised a popular baking soda brand on its website.
Roque Hernandez filed the suit alleging Walmart advertised Arm & Hammer Fresh-N-Natural Baking Soda as a three-pack for $2 on its website. When Hernandez purchased the product, he allegedly received only a single one-pound box.
