BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore police say the death of a boy six years after abuse he suffered has been ruled a homicide.
Lt. Sarah E. Connolly said in an email Monday that the death of 10-year-old Damaud Martin on July 2 was ruled a homicide last month.
