Attorney General Loretta Lynch will testify next Tuesday before a House Judiciary Committee oversight hearing of the Department of Justice, on issues ranging from the Orlando terror attack to what the committee chairman calls the “disturbing politicization of the Justice Department under the Obama administration.”
That includes this week’s recommendation from FBI Director James Comey not to bring criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server during her time as secretary of state, and Lynch’s meeting just days earlier with former President Bill Clinton.
