Matthew Goodwin chewed up pages of his book live on the SKY News network, fulfilling a promise he made last month that if the Labour Party received more than 38 percent of the vote he’d eat his book.
The British pundit crumpled up pieces of his book and chewed them live on air, though he was never shown actually swallowing the pages.
Labour did better in the general election Thursday than many predicted, keeping the Conservative Party from winning a majority in the House of Commons.
