White House chief strategist Steve Bannon’s whiteboard of President Trump’s campaign promises showed up in a tweet Tuesday, and appears to denote some promises as fulfilled even though they may not be fully settled yet.
The tweet, posted by Rabbi Shmuley Boteach during a White House visit, shows the whiteboard that has been described by a number of reporters. The whiteboard contains a list of Trump’s campaign promises and whether they’ve been accomplished.

A close read shows Bannon has checked off items that haven’t been completed, such as ending the Syrian refugee program. That move was blocked by the federal court system twice in different immigration orders.
Bannon also checked off a promise to triple the number of Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers and hire 5,000 new Border Patrol agents. While Trump has signed an order to do that, the funding for the positions has yet to be approved by Congress.
The whiteboard has been described as a visual representation of Trump’s plan while in office and it helps Bannon keeps track of what promises the president has yet to keep.
