It’s a bit like something out of a David Lynch movie.
Montgomery County police are looking for a 3-foot 11-inch murder suspect.
Henry Chavez, 28, is wanted in the May 27 death of Hamilton Luis Orozco, 27, of Silver Spring. Police said Orozco was with friends outside a home in the 10100 block of Georgia Avenue when he was attacked.
