Howard police are investigating an accident involving the death of a man who drove his motorcycle off the road.
Daryl Lee Leake, 38, of Halethorpe, was headed eastbound on Old Frederick Road toward Mount View Road at 5 p.m. Friday when he veered off the right side of the road and hit a fire hydrant, Howard County police said.
He died after being thrown from his motorcycle. No other vehicles were involved, police said
