Virginia governor proposes making Juneteenth a paid state holiday after chat with Pharrell Williams

Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam proposed declaring Juneteenth a paid state holiday.

The Democrat made the announcement Tuesday, standing alongside Pharrell Williams, a Virginia native.
