A man on fire was seen outside the White House on Wednesday. It appears he had set himself on fire.

The Secret Service confirmed on Twitter the victim was a man and had set himself on fire on the Ellipse near 15th and Constitution Avenue. First aid was administered to the victim.
At approximately 12:20 p.m. a man lit himself on fire on the Ellipse near 15th and Constitution Ave., Secret Service personnel are on scene assisting @NatlParkService and @usparkpolicepio in rendering first aid.

Videos taken shows agents rushing toward the man and using a fire extinguisher to put out the flames.
The man was extinguished and sent to the hospital. It appears the man was wearing some sort of protective suit because he was not collapsing, according to TMZ.
Identified as Arnav Gupta, 33, from Bethesda, Md., he later died from his injuries.
