President Trump claimed Wednesday that former FBI Director James Comey manipulated the outcome of the investigation into Hillary Clinton to help her avoid charges.
“As it has turned out, James Comey lied and leaked and totally protected Hillary Clinton. He was the best thing that ever happened to her!” Trump tweeted Wednesday morning.
