All trains and buses in the Washington metropolitan area are scheduled to stop moving for one minute Thursday morning in remembrance of the 9/11 terrorist attacks 25 years ago.
The planned moment of silence is set to start at 9:37 a.m. Friday, the time that one of the four airplanes hijacked by Islamic terrorists struck the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001.
