Hawaii couple drops restraining order against Flash actor Ezra Miller

A Hawaii couple dropped a temporary restraining order against an actor they said tried to rob them in late March.

A judge dismissed the case Monday after the couple requested that the order be dropped against Flash star Ezra Miller, whom the pair accused of bursting into their bedroom and threatening them in Hilo. William Dean, a lawyer representing the couple, did not clarify why his clients no longer want to pursue the order, according to Associated Press.

The Fantastic Beasts actor had been staying with the couple at a hostel when he attempted to rob them. He was escorted from the premises by police following the incident, the complaint filed by the couple in the 3rd Circuit District Court reads.

Miller, 29, was arrested hours before the incident for allegedly screaming obscenities, lunging at a man playing darts, and stealing a microphone from a patron at a karaoke bar in Hilo. He was released after posting $500 bail and was scheduled for an April 26 hearing.
