Adrianne Haslet, a survivor of the Boston Marathon bombing, accosted a supporter of convicted terrorist Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in front of a federal court in Boston.
The video caught by Boston25 on Thursday shows Haslet flipping off a supporter of Tsarnaev and yelling “f— you” at him. He yelled back at her “f— yourself,” to which she said, “I do every day.” “I bet you like it too,” he responded.

The exchange came as both Haslet and Tsarnaev were attending an appeals hearing for the terrorist, who claimed his trial was unfair. In 2015, Tsarnaev was convicted of all 30 counts he was charged for in the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing attack.
Haslet, 39, lost her leg in the bombing but has continued running using a prosthetic leg. In January, the runner suffered more injuries when she was hit by a car in Boston. Initially, she thought she would be paralyzed but has recovered, regaining much of her mobility.
“I’m not defined by what happened to me. I live life in a full way and set and accomplish goals. This is a giant setback,” she said in a February interview. “I am a survivor, defined by how I lived my life, not defined as being a victim.”
On Wednesday, Haslet posted on Instagram about her impending appearance in court. “I will testify again in a heartbeat. But believe me when I say. YOU DO NOT WANT ME TO,” she said. “I was strong then. I am even stronger now. You do NOT want me back on that stand. No matter the city. See you in court tomorrow.”
Tsarnaev’s legal team is arguing the trial is unfair because of the media coverage surrounding the case and the impact of the attack on Boston.
