Deputy shoots man during traffic stop

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Officials say a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputy shot a man during a traffic stop.

The shooting happened early Friday in West Palm Beach after the deputy tried to stop a vehicle. The driver took off at a high rate and the deputy followed him.
