A developmentally disabled woman missing since Wednesday has been found safe, Baltimore County police said this morning.
Family reported Debra Ann Watson, 48, missing when she did not return from a friend’s house in the unit block of Pendragon Court in Reisterstown.
They feared Watson, who they said is diabetic and has the mental capacity of an 8-year-old, headed for the Washington Boulevard area of Baltimore City, where other friends live.
Police said Watson, of the 1300 block of Nicodemus Road in Franklin, was found Thursday evening in the Wilkens Road area of southwest Baltimore County.
