‘It’s not enough for me’: Liberals react to Chauvin conviction by claiming justice was not served

Liberals both on social media and television insisted that former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin being convicted on all counts did not qualify as “justice,” with some suggesting he deserved an even harsher punishment.

On MSNBC, political contributor Jason Johnson said that the guilty verdicts for Chauvin announced on Tuesday related to the death of George Floyd was not an example of the “system working,” and he was not satisfied.
