One person has been shot at Union Station in Washington, D.C., police said.
Around 3 p.m. on Monday, police discovered a man who had been shot near the Greyhound Bus Terminal.
The victim was transported to the hospital with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. His condition is not yet confirmed.
A suspect in the shooting has been stopped, but at press time, no one had been arrested in connection with the incident.
Union Station is just blocks away from the Capitol, and it is typically bustling with the city’s commuters.
