EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) — For the sake of teaching people not to, traffic safety advocates are encouraging texting and driving in a special simulator that shows how dangerous it is.
In conjunction with “Distraction Free Driving Day” proclaimed by Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton, phone giant AT&T is bringing a simulator to Eden Prairies that illustrates the risks of texting behind the wheel.
