Martha Coakley files lawsuit against Lawrence landowner

BOSTON (Legal Newsline) — Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley announced Thursday her office is suing the owner of a former paper plant site in Lawrence, alleging he conducted illegal demolition and metal salvaging at the property.
